Can you believe we are only weeks away from wrapping up 2023!
They say time flies when you're having fun and isn't that the truth? Here at Brothers, we have had the best year and definitely leave 2023 with huge smiles on our faces.
There have been so many magic moments and highlights throughout the year it really has been incredible. We have grown in so many ways, not only in size as a community but in recognition of our contribution and our reputation for making a positive impact and changing lives. This is what we set out to do and the path is still set the same. We are here to stay and here to change the lives of as many young males with disabilities as we possibly can.
The dream is definitely expanding and exciting new things are on the horizon, it feels like the Brothers' world of opportunity is just getting better and better.
A clue of what's coming in the new year is definitely connected to lots of fun, friendship, and boys' adventures. Creating amazing memories, making new mates, and doing new things makes for a happier life and what we all need more of, so watch this space. 2024 you are rocking already :)

New Operations Manager
In November we welcomed Andy Maric to the leadership Team. Andy has taken the role of Operations Manager and is already proving to be a real asset to the team.
Andy has worked in many management roles over the last decade and for the past 3 years, he has been working within Disability Support. As a support worker, Andy developed a real passion for helping both participants and support staff realise and grow into their potential.
Brother of the Month
Gerald Ubaldo
With a huge amount of appreciation and gratitude - we would like to announce the latest Brother of the Month - Gerald!
Gerald has shown fantastic attention to detail when it comes to improving himself as a support worker. His shift notes have set the gold standard for the team, his communication is always on point and he has consistently implemented strategies learned from the training day. Kudos to you Gerald!
