End of Year Newsletter 2025

As we reach the end of 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on just how far we’ve come, not only as an organisation, but as a community. This year, Brothers Support Network has grown immensely. We’ve expanded our team, opened our first SIL house, moved into a new office, and supported participants across Australia and overseas. These milestones matter, but what has truly made this year extraordinary is the heart behind everything we do.

What sets Brothers apart and why we are so well received in the support world is simple, we live our values. Every day. In every moment. With every person.

At the centre of our work is Mateship, the genuine, human connection that forms when a Brother stands beside someone not as your average support worker, but as a Brother. Our relationships are built on loyalty, friendship, and equality. It is this kind of connection that genuinely changes lives.

We bring Passion into every day, showing up with energy, optimism, and a belief in what’s possible. Helping others grow, develop, and step into their best selves is at the core of who we are.

A Growth Mindset guides our approach. As a team and as a community, we are always learning, improving, and expanding our potential. We encourage our participants to grow with us, showing them that progress is always possible.

Our commitment to Humility reminds us that no matter our background, ability, or circumstance, we are all human,  equal, worthy, and important. We listen, we act with kindness, and we support with respect.

And driving us forward is our Vision: to become a nationwide community of Brothers transforming the way disability support is delivered to men, through professionalism, compassion, and lived values.

All of this is grounded in our Purpose - Changing lives for the better.

This is why we are recognised. This is why our community trusts us. This is why we are growing faster than ever. Because we are the change. We’re not just delivering support, we are redefining it.

Thank you for being part of this powerful year.

Here’s to what we created together and everything we will continue to build on in 2026.
