Cooking Program
Our Brothers Cooking Program is a hands-on, practical course run
one day a week in small groups at Brothers HQ. Led by a professional chef who is also a Brother, the program creates a relaxed, supportive environment where participants can build confidence and independence in the kitchen. The course runs for 4 weeks, with each weekly session covering real-life cooking skills - from meal planning and shopping to cooking from scratch and cleaning up.
Small group sizes allow for personalised support, shared learning, and strong connection.
